SALES MANAGEMENT

Work Location: DOUALA/BAFOUSSAM
Required diploma: Bac, Bac + 2 (animal feed specialty)
Experience required: 02 years minimum in the distribution of livestock inputs Languages French and English
The Société des céréales du Cameroun, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is looking for 2 technical sales representatives in Livestock as part of its activities.
Position mission
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Sales Director, the technical sales representative for livestock is responsible for monitoring livestock and sales activities and for achieving sales objectives. He also ensures that the products are available to all our customers and, as a connoisseur and professional, he must be able to present and explain in depth the technical advantages of our products.
Job Activities
- Identify, prospect and recruit new customers and users in its coverage area
- Inform customers about products: quality, prices, promotions, performance, etc.
- Supporting our customers and users on our products
- Prepare a daily, weekly and monthly report to the sales manager.
Know-how
-
- Mastery of distribution, sales and promotion techniques
- Knowledge of the livestock and animal nutrition market (inputs, concentrates, complete feed, livestock equipment, etc.) in the region of assignment
- Organizational, planning and prospecting skills,
- Has a comprehensive address book of 20/80 of the farm and feed mill universe in his work area.
- Communication and Reporting Skills
Mastery of computer and statistical tools
- Proficiency in assessing opportunities and risks
- Good ability to drive a motorcycle (License A)
