03 Bilingual telemarketer
Position: Bilingual telemarketers – Yaounde
We are recruiting for one of our clients in the outsourcing sector: 03 bilingual telemarketers.
Missions
You will be responsible for prospecting and selling the products and services of our customers based in Europe (France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, etc.).
Eligibility
- Be no more than 33 years old in 2023
- Bilingual French/English (German is an asset)
- An experience in a call center is an asset
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to speak with good diction.
- Mastery of MS office
- At least Bac+2 or HND in sales, marketing communication or any other field but with an experience in sales.
- Be disciplined, persuasive on the phone and very dynamic.
- Be able to work under pressure.
Salary
- 03-month trial period (non-renewable), 100,000 FCFA /month
- If successful, permanent contract with base salary between 150,000 and 200,000 CFA + monthly sales bonus.
- NB: Successful candidates will first be trained on the products and the European market before becoming operational.
