03 Bilingual telemarketer

Position: Bilingual telemarketers – Yaounde

We are recruiting for one of our clients in the outsourcing sector: 03 bilingual telemarketers.

Missions

You will be responsible for prospecting and selling the products and services of our customers based in Europe (France, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, Sweden, Netherlands, etc.).

 

 

 

Eligibility

• Be no more than 33 years old in 2023
• Bilingual French/English (German is an asset)
• An experience in a call center is an asset
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to speak with good diction.
• Mastery of MS office
• At least Bac+2 or HND in sales, marketing communication or any other field but with an experience in sales.
• Be disciplined, persuasive on the phone and very dynamic.
• Be able to work under pressure.

 

 

Salary

• 03-month trial period (non-renewable), 100,000 FCFA /month
• If successful, permanent contract with base salary between 150,000 and 200,000 CFA + monthly sales bonus.
• NB: Successful candidates will first be trained on the products and the European market before becoming operational.
