the GOLDEN YOUTH ORGANIZATION (GYO) is considering recruiting staff

Place of assignment: Dschang
1. Required profile Any training at least at secondary
school level ; Training as a psychosocial support worker, good knowledge of the community, OBCs and specifically key populations; Reside in the intervention district and know it, in particular the Hotspots and other places of socialization of the KP. 2. Functions and responsibilities • Mobilize, raise awareness and screen key populations; • Ensure the distribution of prevention and education materials in meeting places and to targets; • Hold debriefing meetings with the prevention team according to the schedule developed by the CMCS; • Ensure the link for screening services including through active referencing; • Effectively participate in screening campaigns and their organization; • Ensure the link between PPERs and the DIC; • Ensure respect for confidentiality; • Prepare periodic reports as required within the framework of their activities; • Ensure the link to treatment of people who tested positive, including through active support; • Ensure, through index case screening, the screening of partners of people who tested positive and promote their link to treatment; • Ensure the monitoring of people in the active queue for participation in discussion groups; Carry out any other task within the framework of their activities • Develop the monitoring and evaluation plan and its integration according to the logical framework of the OBC

• Photocopies of the Diploma(s) and/or certificates or any other document that can justify the level of experience.
