Job brief
We are looking for entry level professionals with a passion to pursue a career in Recruitment within
a fast paced sales environment. The ideal candidates will contribute in attracting healthcare
professionals to meet the staffing needs of the clients we serve. The job holders will work with
experienced Recruitment Consultants within a designated team who will provide training and
guidance. Together, they will be responsible for attracting candidates for job opportunities and
matching them to temporal and permanent position with clients. Initially you will be focused on
speaking to candidates, building relationships and growing your candidate network.

Job Description
• Head hunt candidates/job seekers through cold calling, social media, databases,
advertising and networking.
• Screen, interview and hire suitable candidates according to company policy.
• Match the most suitable candidates to different temporal and permanent positions
• Maintain an open and consistent communication channel with candidates.
• Chase up candidates for their availabilities for vacancies.
• Ensure all bookings are fulfilled by candidates.
• Provide guidance to candidates on issues relating to their job role, expectations
and work behaviour.
• Listen to candidates complaints and escalate to the appropriate authorities for actions to be
taken.

Essential Skills
• Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques

• Outstanding written and verbal communication ability
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Well-organized
• Ability to work with targets
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Adequate knowledge in Computer, Internet Research and MS office Suite
• Ability to learn new software quickly

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Management, Psychology, Journalism
or any related field business field.
• 0 – 2 year experience in a related management, marketing, administration or sales position.
• Practical knowledge in computer and internet browsing.
