The company EASE Travel Services , travel agency, specializing in air ticket services, organization of tourist stays, car rental, reservation of hotels / furnished apartments is looking for its needs 05 Customer Service Representatives (M/F)

Location: Douala and Yaoundé

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Manage your client portfolio
Prospect and retain customers
Advise clients
To be bilingual
Promote company service offerings
Analyze and understand the problems or the needs of the customers and propose them a solution adapted to a request or a customer problem

 

 

 

Education + Experience
Have at least a Bac+2 from universities or business schools specializing in commerce, sales and/or tourism
Autonomy, ability to make decisions
Ability to analyze, listen and synthesize
Organized and rigorous
Adaptability and resistance to stress
Direction of contact
Commercial sense
Versatility
