Office Manager Recruitment Notice
Position: 01 (One) Office Manager (Male or Female) for an Indefinite Duration Contract (CDI)
Key Activities:
Organize the manager’s agenda, filter calls, welcome visitors, organize logistics for professional events, prepare necessary files, and ensure mission follow-up
Receive and process incoming mail and forward it to the manager
Assist in meetings and draft meeting minutes
Provide progress reports on work, prepare regular updates, and handle outgoing correspondence
Manage orders for materials, supplies, and verify compliance
Monitor communication support procedures (notes, reports, correspondence)
Access Conditions:
Knowledge of administrative management, staff management, note-taking, drafting technical documents, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), use of collaborative tools, archiving, technical skills in digitization, and event organization
Dynamic, organized, respectful of deadlines, and with a sense of confidentiality
Minimum Bac +5 in Management, Communication, or related field
At least 2 years of professional experience in a bank, establishment, large enterprise, or as an assistant, Office Manager
Work Location: Douala – Bonapriso
