2 Section Chiefs TP (CDI/Agent de Maîtrise) based in Mbandjock/Nkoteng

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the assignment of equipment on sites according to the established program
Monitor the implementation of work on the various sites and supervise the arrival of equipment
Coordinate the work of Section Chiefs and supervisors
Assist in the service programming of equipment, dispatching activities, equipment allocation, and reporting activities
Ensure the preparation of activity reports
Ensure the monitoring and troubleshooting of personnel under responsibility
Ensure the implementation of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies in daily activities and the quality of work
Profile:

Education: Minimum BAC+2 in Public Works or any equivalent diploma with 3 years of experience in the field
Qualities: Dynamic and reactive, team spirit, strong proposal skills, organized, available, and focused on results
Technical Skills: Ability to prepare and manage site operations, good knowledge of safety on sites, good equipment management, and ability to work in an operational environment
Experience in the agro-industrial sector is a plus
