*200 Data Collectors Needed at Handicap International*
Handicap International supports associations for people with disabilities in the countries in which it operates. Its goal is to empower people with disabilities to promote and defend their rights (access to health services, education, employment, sports, and culture).
Handicap International (HI) announces the recruitment of two hundred (200) Data Collectors ,

Context :

Established in 2014, the HI Institute for Humanitarian Action has a dual, essential role in a world where intervention conditions are becoming increasingly complex:

– A monitoring and surveillance role: its purpose is to define positions on the ethical and political questions that the association faces and which determine the relevance of its actions as well as the safety of its teams.

– A catalyst for reflection and debate: through its publications, debate sessions, and position papers, the HI Institute for Humanitarian Action contributes to the enrichment and vitality of our ideas, values, and principles. It provides both the perspective and perspective needed to achieve the association’s mission.

Main Missions:

1. Mobile data collection :

o Administer questionnaires via Kobbo Collect on smartphone/tablet.

o Enter precise data with geolocation and media (photos, videos if necessary).

2. Field surveys :

o Interview targets (households, traders, project beneficiaries, etc.) in the municipality .

o Apply survey techniques to minimize refusals and bias.

3. Quality control :

o Check data consistency before synchronization.

o Respect the collection protocols and the required sampling.

4. Reporting :

o Address field difficulties (logistics, security, technical problems).

Qualifications and Skills:

– Minimum BAC;

– Have an Android or iOS phone

– Knowledge of the terrain and local languages;

– Good knowledge of village communities and their needs;

Professional experiences :

– Experience in rural animation work

– Experience in data collection
