RADIO AND PRESS RELEASE: The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Public Works inform students that they are organizing on behalf of the 2023/2024 academic year in partnership with the University of Padua in Italy, an entrance examination into the 1st year of the cycle d::Architect (BAC/GCE ALs + 5 years) for the training of 90 students or the Engineering Cycle (MEng) in Town Planning (BAC/GCE ALs + 5 years) for the training of 30 students at the School National Superior of Public Works of Yaoundé.

The Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Public Works
inform students that they are organizing on behalf of the 2023/2024 academic year in
partnership with the University of Padua in Italy, an entrance examination into the 1st year of the cycle
d::Architect (BAC/GCE ALs + 5 years) for the training of 90 students or the Engineering Cycle
(MEng) in Town Planning (BAC/GCE ALs + 5 years) for the training of 30 students at the School
National Superior of Public Works of Yaoundé.

This competition is open only to holders (or subject to obtaining) of one of the
following diplomas: Baccalaureate C, D, E, F, TI; G.C.E(ALs) with Mathematics and Physics or
Chemistry obtained in one session or any other diploma recognized as equivalent by the Ministry of
Higher Education.
The competition will take place on September 10, 2023 from 07:00.
APPLICATION FILES
Applications must be submitted no later than August 18, 2023:
either at the Yaoundé ENSTP or at the Buéa Annex,
either at the Center for Public Works Trades in Garoua or Akonolinga,
or in the Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Works.

I 1 s will understand:
an application form to be collected either from the Examination Center or from the annex of the ENSTP
of Buea, or at the Public Works Trades Centers of Akonolinga or Garoua,
either in the Regional Delegations of the Ministry of Public Works specifying the
chosen examination center (1),
a certified copy of the birth certificate dated within the last three months;
an extract from the criminal record (Bulletin n°3) dating from less than three months;
a certified copy of the corresponding diploma or a certificate of achievement;
a medical certificate attesting that the candidate is fit to practice the building trades
and Public Works;
A payment receipt to the ENSTP-Yaoundé account n° 13368060001-32 domiciled at
BICEC du Centre, agency account of: 06860 Yaoundé, for an amount of 20,000 FCFA
representing the competition fees and bearing the candidate’s name. Candidates residing
in a city other than Yaoundé will deposit the competition fees at the BICEC of the
city concerned.
a letter of sponsorship for the financing(2) of the studies whose model is to be withdrawn
either at the annex of the NASPW of Buea, or at the Centers of Public Works Trades
Akonolinga or Garoua, or in the Regional Delegations of the Ministry of
Public Works
a 4×4 photo to be stapled on the application form;

an authorization to compete (for public officials) issued by the Ministry
use;
A certificate of nationality for foreign applicants
N.B: (1) Each candidate must choose when compiling the file either Architecture or
Urban planning engineer
(2) No cash payment will be made at the Examination Center
(3) The selection of foreign candidates will be based on file review.
(1) EXAMINATION CENTER
The competition will take place in the following centers: Bafoussam; Buea; Garoua; Yaounde
N.B: Candidates will compose exclusively in the examination center chosen on
presentation of their National Identity Card.
(2) TUITION FAIRIES, 2023/2024
Tuition fees are:
235,000 CFA francs for Cameroonians and
535,000 CFA francs for foreigners.
