CLOSING: August 11, 2025As part of the ODERATE Project, we are looking, on behalf of the Parliamentary Program for Support and Assistance to Decentralization in the Republic of Cameroon:
2,500 COMMUNAL OBSERVERS ELECTION ASSISTANTS

For the observation and local monitoring of the activities of the Local Commissions established in the region. OPPORTUNITIES:
In addition to the mission of Parliamentary Relay Agents that they are called upon to assume within the framework of parliamentary control of government action in the promotion of local democracy, in relation to the implementation of the ODERATE Project, people trained and successfully evaluated after the training, could also apply with the best chances, to serve as Employees or Observers / Scrutineers, on behalf of an NGO, an association, a religious denomination or a national institution involved in the management or observation of elections (Elecam, Cameroon Human Rights Commission, CEPCA, SNJP, etc.)

Required diplomas:
BEPC, CAP, GCA-OL, or any other equivalent diploma.
NB: Female applications are strongly encouraged.
