HEAVY GOODS AND EQUIPMENT DRIVERS (M/F)

As part of the launch of its new projects in the Far North and the strengthening of its staff, SOTCOCOG SA, Cameroon Branch, a company specializing in construction and civil engineering works, is looking for qualified and experienced Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Drivers and Machinery Operators.
Positions to be filled:
– 31 Heavy Goods Vehicle Drivers (6*4 dump trucks; 8*4 dump trucks; crane trucks; concrete mixer trucks and road tractor trucks).
12 Machinery Operators (Bulldozers, Graders, Excavators, Loaders, Compactors and Concrete Mixers).

Desired profile:
Hold a category C driving license for PL drivers or G for machinery drivers.
Have at least 5 years of professional experience in Public Works sites. Master the safety rules and basic maintenance of machinery or trucks.
Be of good moral character, punctual, rigorous and able to work under pressure.
Have good aptitude for working in a team and wherever the company’s needs arise in the Far North, North and Adamaoua regions.
Be aged between:
25-45 years for self-concrete mixer drivers;
30-55 years for other machinery drivers;
25-45 years for Heavy Goods Vehicle drivers:
NB: Technical training or a certificate in machinery driving is an asset.
Documents to be provided:
– Cover letter addressed to the General Management of SOTCOCOG SA.
Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Copies of your driving license and any other diplomas or certificates.
Copy of your National Identity Card.
Professional references (if available).
