CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – RECRUITMENT OF AGENCY HEADS
Capfinance, Microfinance Institution, is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of 4 agency heads in the following locations: Mbam (1), Littoral (1), Center (2).
MAIN MISSION Take charge of a profit center, manage it and achieve results in accordance with budget forecasts.
JOB PROFILE
- GCE A Levles /BAC + 2 or 3 (management, accounting, finance, law, marketing, commerce)
- Have field experience and be able to express yourself in English
that is HND/Degree
SKILLS
- Good knowledge of the microfinance sector
- Good knowledge of banking operations
- Knowledge of sales and commercial negotiation techniques
- Good knowledge of office tools
MAIN TASKS
- Manage agency teams (supervise, coordinate, motivate) with a view to achieving expected results
- Prospect and develop a customer portfolio
- Promote all the products offered by the company
- Develop a healthy credit portfolio with a PAR of less than 5%
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
Interested individuals will need to demonstrate the following behavioral skills:
- Have a team spirit
- Be a good manager
- Have communication skills
- To be open minded
- Be honest and have good moral values
Successful candidates will undergo an interview and an aptitude test to support their application.
