As part of the ODERATE Project, we are looking, on behalf of the Parliamentary Program for Accompanying and Supporting Decentralization in the Republic of Cameroon:

In addition to the mission of Parliamentary Relay Agents that they are called upon to assume within the framework of parliamentary control of government action in promoting local democracy, in relation to the implementation of the ODERATE Project, people trained and successfully assessed after training, could also apply with the best chances, to serve as Employees or Observers / Scrutineers, on behalf of an NGO, an association, a religious denomination or a national institution involved in the management or observation of elections (Elecam, Cameroon Human Rights Commission, CEPCA, SNJP, etc.)
Required diplomas:
Minimum Classical Bachelor’s degree, Professional Bachelor’s degree, any other diploma equivalent.
NB: Female applicants are strongly encouraged.
