Store manager (F/M)

 

Responsibilities

❏ Develop turnover and achieve its objectives

❏ Implement our customer charter, advise customers and manage complaints

 

❏ Guarantee the management of the flow of goods in real time (Order, Control, Rotating inventory, Inputs and Outputs, )

❏ Manage, animate, train, manage the sedentary commercial teams of his store in order to implement the commercial offer within the framework of the company’s policy

❏ Ensure the regular control on the follow-up of the action plans, the work done and turnover

❏ Apply HSE procedures for the safety of workers, customers and facilities

 ❏ Ensure the efficiency and quality of the customer journey for a satisfactory store experience  

❏ Receive administrative correspondence and report information to general management.

 

Educational Requirements

Minimum bac+3 in a commercial, marketing, management or equivalent discipline

Mastery of French and English

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of professional

experience Professional or life experience in Europe would be a plus
