Missions
Versatile, the receptionist can be required to:




  • Ensure the reception of customers,
  • Provide all the necessary information during the stay,
  • Organize and plan reservations and rentals,
  • Be actively attentive to the needs of customers and visitors,
  • Be smiling in all circumstances.



Duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Management of telephone calls, reception of visitors,
  • Management of the rental schedule,
  • Drafting of administrative letters,
  • Document formatting,
  • Manage file filing and archiving

  • Anticipate conflicts and manage them within the limits of his/her responsibilities,
  • Be courteous, discreet and discern information to remain confidential,
  • Maintain effective business relations with external service providers and suppliers,
  • Be able to work under professional pressure.




Qualifications

  • BTS or Baccalaureate + 2 in Administration, Secretariat or Commercial Action.
  • At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
