Area of Selection/Eligibility:
This position is open to candidates who meet all of the essential qualifications, meet the conditions of employment and whose applications are received by the closing date.
Essential qualities:
- Ensure doors are opened and closed, visitors are informed, mail is received and delivered to individual mailboxes
Linguistic profile:
- Excellent knowledge of professional French and English would be a considerable asset Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and administrative support, logistical support, and information management.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of common procedures in an office Competencies
- Ability to communicate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
- Good judgment
- Superior organizational capacity and time management
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability and flexibility (flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and a variety of tasks)
