Number of working hours:40h weekly
Place of work: Douala
Travel to be planned: Yes, Yaoundé.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the land before sowing, sow seeds and take care of production work
- Treat cultures for undesirables. ensure adequate watering and ensure the proper development of plantations
- Create and monitor nurseries and orchards
- Harvest production on time and verify crop quality and quantity
- Ensure the proper organization of crops and farm logistics
COMPETENCIES
Know-how
- Master the various agricultural tools and machinery
- Master the different methods of propagation of plantain.
- Good knowledge of growing avocado and plantain
