POSITION ACTIVITIES




The department store sales manager is the person in charge of carrying out the business strategies
established by management. He is responsible for keeping numerical objectives and has authority over
the components of the sales force.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be a graduate of higher education
  • Have more than 7 years of experience as a sales manager for a large hardware store
  • Speak perfect French (knowledge of English would be an asset)
  • Your ability to develop business is no longer to be proven
  • You have solid knowledge in the hardware distribution sectors



  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You know how to define the commercial strategy and the means to implement
  • You have skills in business techniques
  • Good sense of negotiation and listening.
