MAIN MISSION
The technical sales representative knows all the prospecting and negotiation techniques necessary for the sale of a product or service. He has a detailed knowledge of the product or service he offers to his customers and knows all the characteristics and technical elements. This allows it to provide relevant solutions adapted to the needs of its customers. He intervenes throughout the sales cycle. According to his employer, he provides B to B and/or B to C relationships. Much of his work is done in the field, with customers.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Participate in the commercial policy of the company: strategic watch, commercial action plans, development of the offer of goods and services.
- Development of the customer portfolio in a specific geographical area: prospecting new customers, retaining existing customers, monitoring predefined sales objectives, defining the action plan.
- Sales: analysis of the customer’s needs, follow-up of the customer’s specifications with internal technical services, adapted technical-commercial proposal (feasibility, planning and costs), negotiation, follow-up of the order and invoicing.
- After-sales service: customer follow-up and technical assistance.
- Contribute to customer loyalty
- Manage the various administrative tasks related to this position
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Mastery of sales techniques adapted to each channel
- Mastery of social networks.
- Strong negotiation skills and good knowledge of the company’s offer and services
- Mastery of sales support tools
- Mastery of contract management tools and pricing
