Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs

02 Responsible for Health Portfolio Contracts based in Douala.
Applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our diversity and inclusion charter.

Missions
• Guarantee the proper functioning of production operations of health contracts and portfolio management according to insurance regulations.
Main activities
• Respond to requests for sickness quotes; 
• Ensure the effective collection of the health premium;
• Check the conformity of health production parts before entry into the software;
• Processing customer complaints (cancellations, withdrawal, incorporation, etc.);
• Report consumption statistics in line with the service provider.

Job profile
• Bac + 2/3 in mathematics, management, supplemented by training and professional experience in the insurance sector.

• Bilingual
Knowledge of the insurance sector would be an asset.
