Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. Attached to the creative and production department, your mission will mainly consist of designing various static elements, intended for the screen and/or to be printed.
Responsibilities
- Design media reflecting the image of ALM CS and its Clients (posters, commercial media, posts on social networks, etc.)
- Design of the visuals that will be requested.
- Logo design, graphic charters, and various printable elements.
- Find graphic answers to the problems of our customers.
- Prepare the different models, propose ideas and present the creations internally and or to the advertiser.
- Carry out projects in accordance with the set schedule, in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
- Participate in the creation of various graphic elements necessary for the realization of video or animation project, in collaboration with the motion designer and or the videographer.
- Propose innovative concepts for communication campaigns.
- Carry out a permanent watch in the field of Graphic Design and its related disciplines in order to be able to propose innovative concepts.
Profile
Bac +2 minimum in visual communication and multimedia professions
- Any training with specialization in Graphic Designer, visual and multimedia communication, .
- Both creative and rigorous, you have a good ability to work in a team.
- You value an intellectually stimulating environment, in which you enjoy learning from others as well as learning from others.
Your ability to bring new skills and ideas will be particularly appreciated
- You know how to adapt to rapid and unpredictable changes in task priority.
- Have a good understanding of the advertising world
- Solid knowledge of graphic design and visual identity
- Knowledge of the stages of the creative process
- Knowledge of Design Thinking stages
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time and follow through to final renderings.
- Have a good graphic culture
- Good command of modern creative tools, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, the Affinity suite…
- Creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, precision, attention to detail, sense of customer experience
- Sense of organization: ability to anticipate and plan work
- Agility of mind, ability to adapt to change and solve problems
- Team spirit: internal and external collaboration
- Printing experience would be a plus
- Respect, kindness, positivity and mutual aid
- Good written and oral level in French and English
