TERMS OF REFERENCE
For the recruitment of a Development specialist

I. Background
Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is an African NGO based in Cameroon whose main objective
is to contribute to the improvement of the health of populations by setting up

transformative and sustainable programs that will save lives and improve the health of our

As part of its activities, ISA is looking for a development specialist whose mission will be
to assist ISA in documenting the impact of these activities as well as technical support for
program activities.
II. Responsibilities
In collaboration with management, he/she must mainly:
– Foster relationships and identify new potential partners and
proactively initiate relationships with ISA
– Assist in drafting and developing partnership projects;
– Analyze the results of partnerships to determine the effectiveness of future projects;

III. Qualifications required
– Higher degree in Management, or any other similar field with
proven skills in organizational development;
– At least three (3) years of experience in a similar field;
– Have a good command of the computer tool, particularly Microsoft Office®
– Demonstrate rigor in the work, great availability, an ability to work in
a team and a high spirit of initiative.
– Having an interest in the field of health would be an asset
