BCC Sarl, informs the public that an external call for applications is launched for the recruitment of a Human Resources Officer.

MISSIONS

• Recruitment management;
• Establishment of the administrative files of each employee;
• Administrative and disciplinary follow-up of staff

• Drafting of weekly, monthly and annual activity reports;
• Participation in the definition and implementation of an HR strategy according to the strategic objectives of the company and in order to support the teams in their evolution within the company.

PROFILE

• Level bac + 3 and more in Human Resources;
• 02 years of minimum experience in human resources;
• Autonomy, rigor and strength of proposal;
• Excellent interpersonal skills (knowing how to be both diplomatic and firm);
• Very good listening skills;
