PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION:
Participate in the development and improvement of procurement outsourcing. Mission in connection with a French company.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:
B2B Procurement Buyer, your mission is to ensure the administrative processing of supplies on behalf of our customers. As part of this mission, you:
- Define with the customer the products to buy (Quantity, Quality, Reference)
- Prospect and select suppliers
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers
- Process and track orders (receipt of the customer request, entry and issuance of the order, delivery tracking, etc.)
- Update information in the computer system
- Rigorously update the tables of tracking orders as well as savings on negotiation obtained.
- Resolve commercial and financial disputes.
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interpersonal skills, autonomy and creativity
- Analysis and synthesis skills
- Writing and interpersonal skills
- Sense of organization and rigor
- Very good command of the computer tool

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- Salary trial period: 2 months maximum -Salary after trial period: from the 3rd month
- New increase possible after one year of seniority
- Paid leave offered per year
- 2 Automatic bonuses per year (Christmas and Labour Day)
- Working day and hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
CONDITION: write and speak fluent German
