AGZ GROUP Sarl recruits Head of Accounting Agency

As part of the extension and continuous development of its activities, the company AGZ GROUP Sarl specialized in the fields of transport, catering, tourism, real estate, staff placement and haute couture recruits 01 Head of Accounting Agency of DOUALA – LIMBE.

Main missions: Ensure the animation, commercial development and effective management of the various points of sale. Ensure the management and proper bookkeeping of the operating units by guaranteeing their respective profitability.




Profile sought:

  • Required training: BAC + 3 level in Economics, Accounting and Management or Finance.
  • Required experience: Have at least three (03) years of relevant experience in a similar position or have held a minimum of five (05) years in a position of responsibility in the field of Corporate Accounting and Finance.
  • A perfect command of the Sage Saari software is essential.
  • Required languages: French and English.
  • Duty station: Douala with the possibility of being deployed throughout the AGZ GROUP Sarl network.

Technical skills: 

  • Implement trade policy in the Littoral region and the city of Limbe;
  • Develop the action plan for the conduct of the activities of the different poles in his constituency;
  • Formulate service offers and coordinate prospecting, communication and sales activities;
  • Develop the customer portfolio and ensure close follow-up of customers for their continuous satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Regularly carry out strategic and competitive monitoring in its catchment area;
  • Guarantee a satisfactory quality of service both in terms of customer reception, care, security and after-sales service;
  • Master all of the company’s products and services;
  • Coach, animate and train teams;



  • Decline the commercial objectives to the different teams, evaluate and monitor individually the performance of each agent;
  • Carry out accounting imputations and ensure the reliability and sincerity of the accounting of financial transactions in the information and management system;
  • Set up dashboards consistent with the objectives set by the structure and ensure the overall reporting of the activities carried out;
  • Evaluate and analyze the profitability of the different points of sale;
  • Make relevant proposals for business growth and the creation of innovative products tailored to customer needs;
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and archiving of accounting and financial documents.
