We are pleased to announce the launch of the first-ever intake of the CESA Graduate Development Program for the year 2023.

This 12-month program is intended to refresh the workforce by attracting Young Undergraduate graduates, who will be trained to become banking professionals.

 

As part of the launch schedule at Ecobank Cameroon, communications have already started on the Group’s website and flyers have been shared for this purpose (see attached).

The application criteria are as follows:

A university degree obtained in a reputable institution within the last two years (minimum Mention Bien).
Be ≤ 26 years old by December 2022
Be a Cameroonian or have a work permit in the country where you are applying.
Have a critical mind and a passion for excellence
Aspiration to a career within a financial institution.
