Gehmit recruits a Shopify developer

Gehmit recruits on behalf of one of its partner companies, a Shopify
developer with a very good command of the tool.

Missions

•  Create ergonomic and engaging Shopify stores to facilitate the user experience;
•  Create and customize themes, modules, Shopify APIs and/or modify pre-existing templates;
•  Be creative and make constructive proposals;
•  Ensure optimal connection with marketing tools, APIs, and Shopify apps to optimize overall functionality;
•  Regularly test and debug web platforms to improve their performance;
•  Provide technical support to customers; Increase conversion rates by optimizing web platforms;

Technical skills required:

•  Good understanding of the DOM; Master of: PHP, Shopify, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Sass;
•  Skills in VueJS, Typescript, Angular, and NodeJS will be a plus;
•  Working knowledge of Shopify’s theme system and liquid templates;
•  Extensive testing and debugging capabilities using the browser console and other tools;
•  Working knowledge of third-party API and services, as well as Shopify plugins
•  Have a good knowledge of all aspects of the e-commerce platform;
•  Expertise in construction, launch and broad maintenance of stores, as well as a general understanding of the administration system;

•  Writing skills

Selection criteria:

•  Education: Minimum BTS, Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the development of Shopify-based e-commerce platforms.
