Director of hotel residences (M/F)
Job Description
We are looking for a hotel manager for our new hotel residence. As Manager, you are responsible for the proper conduct of the establishment and the management of your team. You manage the commercial, financial, managerial and technical aspects related to the establishment. You are also the representative of the hotel to customers and are responsible for the quality of the services offered.
Tasks
- Daily management of the residence
- Staff management, recruitment and setting up the organization of team work
- Participation in the development of marketing (accommodation, catering etc.) and optimization of the occupancy rate
- Collaboration in the definition of the offer, service contracts, procedures, etc.
- Customer loyalty and litigation management as well as monitoring of satisfaction indicators
- Provide weekly reporting to senior management
- Monitoring of invoices and application of health and safety rules
Desired skills :
- Professional experience of at least 2 years as Director of hotel residences
- Experience with hotel reservation software, such as Hotel Soft de Barcles, HotelPro, Hotis, iPlan etc…
- Knowledge of how booking sites work, such as Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A diploma in hotel management would be a plus
