PSK is a service company specializing in the provision of personnel, training, recruitment and corporate concierge. For the needs of one of our clients who operates in the industrial sector and who wishes to expand his team, following the development of his activities in Cameroon, we are recruiting a “Key Account Manager”.

Area of ​​Selection/Eligibility:
This position is open to candidates who meet all of the essential qualifications, meet the conditions of employment and whose applications will be received by the closing date.

Essential qualities:
• Satisfy the needs of your customers while developing your portfolio of prospects
• Advise and participate in the training of your customers
• Ensuring the necessary monitoring of your Project Portfolio
• Understanding and applying the company’s commercial policy
• Participate in the recommendation and promotion of the product range
• Ensure that price levels and margins are maintained in accordance with the strategy
• Ensuring the development of your turnover
• Participate in trade fairs, professional events relating to its market(s).
• Participate in the management of disputes (complaints) in accordance with the procedure
• Contribute to informing internally the projected needs of your customers
• Report your activity and your results to your hierarchy

Linguistic profile:
• Good command of French and English (professional level)

Experience:
• Five (05) years of experience in B to B sales of technical products;
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of current office procedures
Skills:
• A good customer relationship is necessary
• Know how to organize
• Respect the time allocated
• Know how to listen and respect customers and suppliers.
• Have good oral and written communication
• Enjoy teamwork
• Demonstrate autonomy and initiative
• Open-minded;
• Curious, determined;
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis;

Academic level:
• Commercial or technical higher education (BAC +5), ideally in construction;
