Main mission

Reporting to the Commercial Oils Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for:

• Participate in the definition of the commercial policy based on the company’s strategy
• Ensure the development of sales in turnover and margins of the company’s products on Modern Trade and HORECA
• Ensure the development of the Modem Trade and HORECA segment
• Ensure control of risks related to the activities of this market segment
• Motivate and support the sales team

 

 

 

Knowledge and skills required

• Mastery of basic IT tools (MS OFFICE pack).
• Ability to negotiate and propose changes likely to improve the performance of partners.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely.
• Commercial or marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
• Organized and rigorous, dynamic, methodical and motivated.
• Customer orientation to formulate strategies in the best interest of customers
• Strength of conviction and strong ability to listen.
• Social ease and ability to create a bond with its customers.
• Result oriented.
• Bac+2/3 in Sales Marketing or any other related field
• English/French bilingualism is an advantage.
