The Hotel VENDÔME is looking for a Commercial agent

The Hotel VENDÔME is looking for as part of its activities 01 Commercial in Hotel and Restaurant – M/F. A first experience in the hospitality sector is mandatory.

We are looking for a sales manager to support the development and reputation of our hotel.

In direct liaison with the management, you participate in the implementation of the commercial policy and the development of turnover.

PROFILE

• Hunter, dynamic and opportunistic, you are permanently on the ground to sell.

As such, you are mainly involved in the following trade missions:

External Salesperson:

• Prospecting and development:
• Corporate portfolio and contract negotiation
• Different services (seminar, accommodation, catering and events)
• Tender management
• Development of emailing campaigns

Customer relationship:

• Coordination
• Response to requests for availability, management of group requests and transmission to the accommodation manager
• Development of inter-service coordination sheets and follow-up during the arrival of customers
• Management and reception of customers during events (seminars, banquet, cocktail) and ensure their satisfaction.
• Quality monitoring of services sold

Animation & events:

•  Creation and animation of events at the bar and restaurant (brunch, afterwork),

Digital:

•  Animate and develop the engagement rate of the various social networks

PROFILE

• With a commercial or hotel and restaurant training, you have significant experience in B to B sales.
• You are autonomous, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to listen.

Skills in demand

•  Prospecting new markets
•  Develop a customer and prospect portfolio
