The Société des Céréales du Cameroun , a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is looking for a laboratory assistant as part of its activities .
Place of work: Douala

 

 

 

Position: Laboratory assistant

Qualifications required:
Type of job: Permanent
Degree required: License Biochemistry, chemistry

• Additional training and/or qualification in quality control of food products and derivatives), wheat processing, correction of wheat flour experience required: 03 years minimum in a flour mill
• Languages: French & English

 

 

 

Missions of the position : Control the quality of inputs (raw materials, ingredients and
production and finished products in accordance with the control plan and, prepare ingredients as needed and approve

•  Control aged products
•  Analyze competitive intelligence samples Participate in the testing of new ingredients
• Quality assurance activities
•  Calibrate quality control measuring instruments
•  Check equipment functionality to alert for early calibration
•  Participate in the development and updating of laboratory documents
•  Implement procedures, instructions and operating methods
•  Participate in the analysis of the causes of non-conformities, anomalies or any other discrepancies and propose corrective measures to be implemented
• Health Safety and Environment
• Participate in laboratory and factory cleaning operations
• Monitor staff compliance with good hygiene and safety practices
• Contribute to identifying risk situations relating to Hygiene, Quality,
• Safety and the Environment and proposing control measures
• Others
•  Participate in staff awareness on BPH, GMP and safety measures
• Perform any other task assigned by the hierarchy
