FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF 1000 PATRIOT e-VOLUNTEERS FROM SOCIAL NETWORKS AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CIVIC EDUCATION AND NATIONAL INTEGRATION e-CAMPAIGN

1. PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
This Call for applications aims to recruit e-volunteers “patriots of social networks” of Cameroonian nationality, aged at least 18 years old, with a view to promoting civic and patriotic behavior in social networks as well as the fight against depravity. mores and the spread of fake news and hate speech in social networks and on the internet.

This call for applications is one of the responses to the Very High Interpellations of the Head of State, HE Mr. Paul BIYA during his address to the Nation on December 31, 2022 about “the worrying rise in incivility, violence , non-respect of elementary norms or of the established order”. It will be a question, within the framework of the implementation of the National Program of Civic Education through Moral, Civic and Entrepreneurial Rearmament (PRONEC-REAMORCE), to carry out civic education actions within the social networks of young patriots .

II. DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
Social media e-Volunteers-patriots are called upon to perform the following tasks:
— online participation in Moral, Civic and Entrepreneurial Rearmament (REAMORCE) meetings on dedicated platforms, in particular www.e-reinitiation.cm

– online participation in training on the adoption of good behavior and the promotion of harmonious living together;
— the dissemination (sharing) in social networks of messages on the adoption of civic and patriotic behavior as well as information on socio-economic and relevant projects for young people;
– the fight against fake news and hate speech in the networks
– the dissemination of tips for fighting cybercrime, in particular cyber-harassment and cyber-prostitution; The execution of the instructions of the framers of the e-campaign

III. CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED
To be an e-volunteer “patriot of social networks”, you must:
• Be of Cameroonian nationality at least 18 years
of age • Enjoy all your moral capacities
• Have sites or profiles on the Internet and networks usual social gathering a minimum of 1000 followers, shares, likes and views;
• Not having published or participated in the propagation of obscene images, hate speech, uncivil, unpatriotic, and other fake news;
• Commit to promoting harmonious living together, civic and patriotic behavior and to combating hate speech and other fake news on social networks and the Internet;
• Proficiency in several languages ​​would be an asset.

IV. COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FILE
The application file must include the following documents:
– a description of one page at most of its activities on the internet with the links of its sites and its profiles on the social networks;
– a copy of the National Identity Card or the School/Student Card

— Curriculum Vitae;
– having a Biometric Youth Card would be an asset.
