Description
Missions & Main activities
Ensure the management of its customer portfolio
Conduct customer visits
Maintain and update customer files in its portfolio
Provide a solution to customer complaints and disputes in consultation with the departments concerned
Participate in the development and implementation of action plans for the commercial development of its sector of activity
Propose action plans for the animation of markets for companies, NGOs and entities in the sector public
Analyze the evolution of sales in order to propose corrective actions
Ensure the effective implementation of the actions selected
Develop new markets by prospecting for customers and partners
Manage performance KPIs
Ensure the reporting of its activity
Ensure the achievement of the business objectives of its portfolio
Consolidate the results, analyze the differences and provide the possible corrections
Qualifications
Training: BAC + 3/4 in Marketing, Commercial
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the commercial/sales profession (telecoms, banking, commerce, etc.)
Main location: CM-Littoral
