Description of the mission: The general objective of this consultancy is to support the Government in the process of defining the new methodological approach for the development of Communal Development Plans (PCD) taking into account the new legal provisions on decentralization as well as its alignment with the National Development Strategy (SND30) and the SDGs/cross-cutting themes.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 30 working days
