About the Role :

Key responsibilities include :

Manage bank accounts for the business and ensure compliance with BC policies
Establish and Maintain strong communication links with the bank and ensure that transactions are executed
Ensure that all bank signatures are updated accordingly.
Establishes weekly bank reconciliations and ensures all suspense are cleared
Establishes cash flow forecast for the Business and follow up its execution
Ensure the foreign vendor tracker is updated for both goods & services vendor
Lead the intercompany reporting process and ensure BCC procedure is adhered to.
Ensure the proper reconciliation of tax accounts
Ensure proper documentation of VAT credit transaction
Ensure that monthly declarations of taxes are performed.
Account for all cash and tax transactions in the books of the Local Statutory GAAP – OHADA

About You:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in Finance or Accounting
Proficient in Business English
SAP-knowledge
Knowledge of Cameroon Tax system
Experience in a multinational Company, preferably in B2B/Food Industries
Participation in process transition is an advantage
Drive continuous improvement initiatives regarding bank & tax processes
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationship with a wide range of stakeholders
Very good teamwork skills
