– Have a perfect knowledge of the city of Douala; – Know the wholesalers; – Experience in retail activities and management of Points of Sale and having already supervised a supermarket; – Autonomy, rigor, creativity and strong sense of work organization; – Excellent teamwork skills, analysis and communication; – Ability to act as a coach; – Have an acute concern for customer service; – Have flexibility in the execution of his work; – Have a capacity for analysis and synthesis, – Have editorial and relational ease; – Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
