CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF 02 LABORATORY TECHNICIANS

As part of the strengthening of its technical platform, the LEAUCLEAN Laboratory is recruiting on behalf of its Douala agency: 02 Laboratory Technicians.

Position: Water, Food and Environment Analysis Laboratory Technician
Status: Technician, full-time, permanent contract — Trial period of three (03) months renewable once.
Place of employment: Douala.

1. Work environment:
The Agrifood and Environmental Analysis Department carries out physicochemical and bacteriological analyzes in accordance with ISO 17025. 2.
Missions:
Carry out physicochemical and bacteriological analyzes as well as technical validation according to validated methods and according to normative requirements .
Participate in the control and maintenance of measuring devices and ensure the traceability of consumables.
Participate in the improvement of the quality management system.
Ensure on-site sampling and sample registration.
Participate or contribute to customer prospecting,
Promote the image of the Leauclean laboratory.
Participate in other tasks related to his function that may be assigned to him by the
General Management.

3. Required profile:
Hold a Higher Technician diploma (Bac +2) in Agrifood, environmental chemistry, biological and biochemical analysis, quality control and food science and nutrition. Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree would be appreciated
Have experience in food analysis in the laboratory;
Have knowledge of titrimetry, spectrometric, chromatographic analyzes and sample processing
Have computer skills (Pack office, digital marketing).
Having a good command of English would be an asset.
4. Required qualities:
Being flexible will be a major asset
Being methodical and rigorous in the work, being punctual, diligent and courteous
Have a spirit of initiative and teamwork skills and ease of adaptation.
