TERMS OF REFERENCE

Under the supervision of the Hotel Administration Agent, the Maintenance and Catering Agent will be responsible for the maintenance of the premises, the laundry, the reception, the kitchen and the service within his assigned service. . Roles and responsibilities

Support the logistical preparation of meetings and workshops (coffee breaks, meals, etc.)
Maintain the priests’ linen and that needed for the kitchen
Maintain the cleanliness of administrative, technical or specialized premises
(cleaning of floors, furniture , toilets and kitchens)
Dust surfaces, sort and evacuate common waste
Ensure the safety of users of the premises (marking of slippery areas, use of dangerous products, etc.)
Clean, store and maintain the equipment at the end of the operations
Draw up the menus, prepare the meals, and determine the portions and quantities required
Ensure the service of the meals
Maintain and clean the workstation, utensils, equipment or the kitchen
Report to your manager any malfunctions or anomalies that prevent you from properly carrying out the tasks to be accomplished.
 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience
Minimum BEPC/CAP/GCE O Level or equivalent diploma
Training in hospitality and catering or equivalent diploma
Have at least one (01) year of experience in a similar position
Experience working in a diocese would be an asset;
Knowledge of the functioning of the Catholic Church would be an asset.

Speed ​​of execution
Very good physical condition
Multitasking
Language required / desired: Must speak and write French or/and English
