JOB: Customer Service Representative.

MAIN MISSIONS :

  • Prospecting for new customers;
  • Ensure good contacts with prospects: reception, making appointments, customer follow-up, etc.;
  • Accompany the customer in the buying process
  • Manage the client portfolio;
  • Sell ​​company-specific products;

 




 

 

  • Build customer loyalty;
  • Master all sales practices and strategies;
  • Prepare or establish commercial proposals, write service offers;
  • Master the modes of communication;
  • Perform business intelligence.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

  • Minimum level: Bac+3 in Marketing & Commerce and sales
  • Professional experience: At least two (2) years in the commercial field
  • Age: 25-32 years old

 

 

 

 

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS :

  • Be hardworking, dynamic and organized
  • Mastering the Office Pack
  • Mastering NTICTs
  • Have an easy and fluent expression
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Have a keen sense of negotiation
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have a sense of listening
  • Speak French and/or English
