JOB: Customer Service Representative.
MAIN MISSIONS :
- Prospecting for new customers;
- Ensure good contacts with prospects: reception, making appointments, customer follow-up, etc.;
- Accompany the customer in the buying process
- Manage the client portfolio;
- Sell company-specific products;
- Build customer loyalty;
- Master all sales practices and strategies;
- Prepare or establish commercial proposals, write service offers;
- Master the modes of communication;
- Perform business intelligence.

REQUIRED PROFILE :
- Minimum level: Bac+3 in Marketing & Commerce and sales
- Professional experience: At least two (2) years in the commercial field
- Age: 25-32 years old
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS :
- Be hardworking, dynamic and organized
- Mastering the Office Pack
- Mastering NTICTs
- Have an easy and fluent expression
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have a keen sense of negotiation
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a sense of listening
- Speak French and/or English
