POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) (M/F)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
MISSIONS:
– Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan for the area.
– Achieve volume targets. market share, coverage and distribution rates as agreed in our market strategy,
Ensure the recruitment and development of distribution partners (Wholesalers)
– Ensure a “win•win” relationship between UCB,

its distributors and wholesalers
– Build a strong relationship with market partners. – Optimize distribution costs in the area of ​​competence
REQUIRED SKILLS: QUALIFICATIONS:
– Academic level: Baccalaureate + 5 (preferably MBA) in Marketing, Sales or Management
– Professional experience: 05 years of minimum experience with reference in a commercial or marketing executive position (Managing teams and/or distribution partners is an asset)
KNOW HOW:
– Is a force of proposal and initiative
KNOW HOW:
– Experience in the marketing of consumer products, preferably experience with a brewing industry as a manager of different types of customers (B2B ).. . Strategic vision
– Good understanding of large groups (MACRO-PESTEL-SWOT etc) – Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
– Mastery of the management of sales teams.
Technique for making travel plans.

Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports – Basic coaching skills
– Mastery of computer tools (Microsoft).
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
