POSITION: VAN TEAM COORDINATOR (VTC) (M/F)

MISSIONS:
• Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan for the area.
• Achieve volume goals. market share,

coverage and distribution rates as agreed in our market strategy.
• Ensure the recruitment and development of the necessary resources.
• Management and Development of sales teams
• Building a solid relationship with market partners.
• Optimize distribution costs in its area of ​​competence
REQUIRED SKILLS: QUALIFICATIONS:
• Academic level Baccalaureate + 5 (preferably MBA) in Marketing, Sales or Management
• Professional experience: 05 years of minimum experience with reference in a commercial or marketing executive position (Management of teams and/or distribution partners is an asset) KNOWLEDGE: • Is a force of proposal
and

initiative
• Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the objectives set
• Rigor. sense of organization and work autonomy
• Sense of priorities and organization
• Ability to adapt to change. to deal with emergency situations
• Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure
SKILLS:
Experience in the marketing of consumer products, preferably experience with a brewing industry
Strategic vision
• Good understanding of large groups (MACRO-PESTEL•SWOT etc)
• Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
• Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
• Mastery of sales team management.
Technique for making travel plans.
Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports
• Basic coaching skills
Mastery of computer tools (Microsoft)
• Mastery of SAP would be an asset
