I- MAIN MISSIONS:
1- Administrative management
– Manage all the administrative procedures for the start of the construction site;
– Study and analyze architects’ plans;
2-Financial management
– Calculate the budget: Material and human;
– Realize a provisional budget;
– Study a price;
– Monitor expenses related to construction sites: consultation, orders, control of supplier invoices;
– Manage financially and administratively (advancements, PdP, PV receipt of TS regularizations, etc.) its operations
– Analyze and follow up financially;
– Ability to report to superiors;
– Negotiate with suppliers;
3- operational management
– Coordinate and organize the work;
– Manage the imponderables inherent in any construction site;
– Supervise the execution of the works and control the various technical points;
– Report on the progress of the work to his superiors;
– Receive the works at the end of the construction site;
II- RESEARCH PROFILE:
– Education: Experience: Minimum level: Civil engineering degree or university degree (BAC +3) in civil engineering, or construction engineering.
– Professional experience: Have a professional experience of at least five (07) years as a works supervisor in the building sector.
– Age: be between 25-35 years old
III- PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES:

– Ability to listen and sense of discretion;
– Relational ease;

– Sense of leadership;
