COOK (SALARY WOMAN / MAN) – HOTEL LA VALLÉE DE BANA
We are recruiting a cook for our hotel La Vallée de Bana , located in West Cameroon.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare the various dishes or menus decided by the head chef;
– Setting up the kitchen;
– Making cold dishes
– Making hot dishes;
– Setting up the kitchen;
– Making cold dishes
– Making hot dishes;
– Realization of the pastry;
– Maintenance of the cleanliness of the kitchen and its surroundings;
– Know how to manage the stock
Profile :
- BAC +3 in Hospitality and Catering / Tourism / BTS in Catering.
- 05 years of minimum experience in a similar position
