JOB OFFER FOR THE POSITION OF
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER – StarTimes Media Cameroun
As part of the development of its activities, StarTimes Media Cameroon is recruiting one (01)
digital communication officer.
Missions:
– Implement the company’s communication policy and strategy on the internet, in
line with the group’s strategy,
– Participate in the supervision of the creation of visuals in accordance with the graphic charter
and group orientations,
– Participate in updating the website: modification of information, writing news,
– Animate digital platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok,
YouTube, Google, etc.,
– Animate communities in order to the improvement of the notoriety of the company and the boost
sales of its products and services- Market analysis and competitive intelligence,
– Propose relevant, innovative and creative animation with various formats (photos,
videos, live streaming, etc.),
– Produce regular reports containing performance monitoring social media animation
, a detailed analysis of these KPIs followed by recommendations to optimize the
overall strategy and/or campaigns,
– Regular monitoring (social media trends, competition, new technologies),
– Managing the relationship with the client and complaints from digital platforms. Manage
comments on digital platforms.
Knowledge and skills required:
– Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
– Good knowledge of StarTimes products and services
– Spirit of initiative and team leadership
– Customer orientation
Profile:
– Female candidates strongly encouraged (21 to 35 years old)
– Have experience minimum of 06 (six) months in a similar position.
– Hold at least a Bac+2 in Marketing and communication. What we offer:
– Place of work: Douala
– Type of contract: CDD (with 03-month trial)
– Gross monthly salary to be negotiated according to the profile
