POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) (M/F)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
MISSIONS
– Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan for the area.
– Achieve volume targets. market share, hedging and distribution rates as agreed in our market strategy.
– Ensure the recruitment and development of distribution partners (Wholesalers)
Ensure a “win-win” relationship between UCB, its distributors and wholesalers
– Build a solid relationship with market partners. – Optimize distribution costs in the area of competence
REQUIRED SKILLS: QUALIFICATIONS:
– Academic level: Baccalaureate + 5 (preferably MBA) in Marketing, Sales or Management
– Professional experience: 05 years of minimum reference experience in a commercial or marketing executive position (Managing teams and/or distribution partners is a asset)
KNOW HOW TO BE:
. Is a force of proposal and initiative
KNOW HOW
– Experience in the marketing of consumer products. preferably experience with a brewing industry as a manager of different types of customers (B2B).
– Strategic vision
– Good understanding of large groups (MACRO-PESTEL•SWOT etc)
– Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
– Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
– Mastery of the management of sales teams.
– Technique for establishing travel plans.
– Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports
Basic coaching skills
– Mastery of computer tools (Microsoft).
– Mastery of SAP would be an asset
– Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the objectives set
– Rigour, sense of organization and work autonomy
– Sense of priorities and organization
– Ability to to adapt to changes, to cope with emergency situations
