POSITION: WHOLESALES COORDINATOR (WSC) (M/F)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
MISSIONS
– Ensure the development and implementation of the sales plan for the area.
– Achieve volume, market share, value and distribution targets as agreed in our market strategy.
– Ensure the recruitment and development of the necessary resources.
– Management and Development of sales teams
– Build a solid relationship with market partners,
Optimize distribution costs in the area of expertise
REQUIRED SKILLS: QUALIFICATIONS:
– Academic level Baccalaureate + 3 preferably in marketing and sales
– Professional experience: 03 years of minimum experience in a similar position (Management of teams or/and wholesalers
KNOW HOW TO BE:
– Is a force of proposal and initiative – Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and reach objectives set
– Rigor, sense of organization and work autonomy
– Sense of priorities and organization
– Ability to adapt to change, to deal with emergency situations
– Dynamic and able to work technically under KNOW
HOW
– Experience in the marketing of consumer products, preferably experience with a brewing industry – Strategic vision
– Good understanding of large assemblies (MACRO• PESTEL•SWOT etc)
– Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
– Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
– Mastery of the management of sales teams.
– Technique for establishing travel plans.
– Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports
– Basic coaching skills
Computer skills (Microsoft).
– Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
