As part of the development and profitability of its operation, or even the distribution of its products, Chanas Assurances SA is authorized to establish business relations with natural and legal persons qualified with regard to the provisions of Articles 501 and 533 of the CIMA Code.

 

 

To this end, the constitution of the documents and documents to be produced is as set out below, depending on the nature of the Intermediaries required:

To be eligible as a free contributor, the administrative documents to be provided
BIRTH CERTIFICATE or JUDGMENT SUPPLETIVE in lieu, dating from less than three (03) months;
EXTRACT FROM CRIMINAL RECORD dated less than three (03) months;
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMAS;
CIMA DECLARATION SHEET, endorsed by the Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance;
NATIONALITY CERTIFICATE ;
Two (02) 4 x 4 PHOTOS;
BUSINESS PLAN;

 

 

 

 

CERTIFIED COPY COMPLIANT with the original of the NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD (CNI);
A RESUME ;
Unique Identification Number (NIU);
Any other document deemed necessary.
NB: these above-mentioned documents are in original or in certified copies.
