AURE RH , Member of AREKO GROUP , is recruiting for the needs of one of its clients in the industry sector, a Sales Supervisor
Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Duties:
- Manage employee schedules, schedules and leave requests
- Assign tasks to employees and monitor their progress
- Ensure daily sales/production targets are met
- Count receipts at the end of the working day
- Train and participate in the integration of new employees
- Provide advice and feedback to employees when they need it
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
- Handle customer and employee complaints
- Resolve conflicts between employees
Profile :
Academic level : minimum baccalaureate + 3 in marketing, sales, commerce or any other equivalent diploma; another degree in management is an advantage
Have previous experience in a similar position
SKILLS :
- Thorough knowledge of industry safety standards
- Thorough knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing for long hours and occasionally lifting heavy loads
- Work effectively within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time and conflict management skills
Location: Douala-Bonaberi
