IV. COMPOSITION OF THE APPLICATION FILE
Complete files will include the following documents:
1, A form to be completed, printed by the candidate and uploaded to the website

- a request for candidacy stamped at 1500 dated and signed by the candidate containing the information below
- the surnames and first names as well as the address
- the training courses chosen
- the examination center
- the training establishments chosen: candidates must choose three (03)
training establishment, including one (01) public establishment and at least two
(02) private establishments, depending on the available offer of training courses and
in accordance with the list of training establishments approved by the MINSANTE in
Annex;
3. A certified photocopy of the birth certificate dated less than three (03)
month;
4. A certified photocopy of the required diploma dated less than three (03) months;
5. A certificate of presentation of the original of the required diploma dated less than three
(03) months;
6. An extract from the criminal record (bulletin n03) dating from less than three (03) months;
7. A medical certificate signed by a doctor practicing in a health facility
public, attesting that the candidate is able to carry out the requested training;
8. A certified photocopy of the national identity card or any other title
valid identity dated less than three (03) months;
9. A certified photocopy of a recruitment act or an employment contract for
worker candidates;
10. A certificate of actual presence at the post dating back less than three (03) months for
worker candidates;
11. Authorization to compete for candidate workers;
12. Two (02) 4x4 color photos on a white background;
13. A large envelope stamped at 400 FCFA (postal stamp) bearing the surnames and first names
of the candidate, city of residence, telephone contact, chosen training courses,
postal address if applicable;
14. A bank payment receipt for an amount of twenty thousand (20,000) CFA Francs
representing the registration fees for the training competition, payable to
from a CAMPOST agency to the account entitled "CONCOURS MINSANTE", number
12003-1100015854207013-52.
The photocopy of the payment receipt for the registration fees for the training competition must
be attached to each file. These non-refundable fees are intended to cover the costs
generated by the organization of the competition.
CANDIDATES REGISTERED FOR THE NATIONAL EXAMINATIONS FOR THE 2023 SESSION
ARE AUTHORIZED TO APPLY SUBJECT TO OBTAINING
REQUIRED DIPLOMA.

The access of candidates to the examination room will be conditioned by the presentation of the documents

A National Identity Card (CNI) or any other identity document (passport or
stay) currently valid.
NO CANDIDATE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE EXAMINATION ROOM AFTER 7:30 AM
MINUTES.
The list of candidates authorized to compete will be published 72 hours before the date of the
tests, in the registration centers and on the website
www.concoursminsante.cm.
In addition, the candidates authorized to compete will be informed by SMS of their site of
composition 48 hours before the date of the tests.
The results of the competition will be published by Decision of the Minister of Public Health.
